Hello I’m just wondering if anyone could help out our WiFi for the past 3 days has been going off at 9pm every night for the pass 3 nights this is so stupid I just wanted to know what we can do

What happens with wired/ethernet cable connections?
Is the hub connected to any electric plug timer?
Also check for local faults on 0800 561 0061.
Do VM Parental Controls have a timer or schedule facility ?
Do you mean the WiFi signal from the router stop, on both bands, or that the internet stops completely?
What does the router light show?
