Wifi not working on hub 3

Hi

We had a service outage in my area this morning... since everything has come back on the wifi will not connect to my hub3 on any device and also the power button is constantly red?

Try all the usually resetting of the hub etc.

Any help appreciated! Thanks

    Thanks for confirming what you see. 

    I asked as so many time small anomalies in initial questions are the only tell that we have of a fake poster or a chat bot content that has been copy / pasted into the forum.


    Have you factory reset the Hub 3 ?

    The process is : 

    1) Press and hold the rear RESET button for 60 seconds
    2) Leave the Hub 3 Powered ON to revert to the factory settings and the passwords printed on the bottom side label.

    From the Hub 3 menu run the Network Diagnostic Tool and find the Temperature,
    if it is Normal then Hub's LED colour is fading, if it is over temperature report that as a Hub fault & a replacement Hub is usually the only fix.

    If possible connect to the Hub 3 via a network cable, this avoids the Hub 3 admin session being dropped over Wi-Fi and me repeatedly being locked out of the menu for several minutes.

    Maybe you changed a setting for the hub to work and the hub reset to defaults and don't work?

    VM hub is so bad in router mode for Wifi why not get a better router and put hub in modem

    The Power Switch on the rear side of a Hub 3 is not illuminated.

      I didn't mention the switch on the rear of the hub... I mentioned the power button which I now know to be the power light! But thanks for the help you didn't give me 👍
