Wifi extenders

Absolutely fed up with virgin now, ice spent two months sending emails, WhatsApp, telephone calls to try get some WiFi extenders for my newly installed 2gb Internet. They just keep giving robot answers won't help or can never get through, conversations closed it's beyond a joke! I've downloaded virgin connect onto 3 different devices it won't save results so can't order that way. Keep getting passed around like an utter puppet to still get no where! How do I order these engineer who installed it all said it was simple as he also detected the dead zones my home has thick walls, simple? Simple? Wow! I'm on the verge of cancelling the whole lot as these dead zones are the highest used points of the home.

I read these and always wonder how the last ISPs Router magically managed to cover the same home.

Go to online and order decent Wi-Fi Mesh from a reputable brand - you could be using it tomorrow.

      As above.

I don't know why anyone with VM's top tier 2 Gbps connection would choose to partner it with the poxy VM pods.

If you do manage to get a VM 'pod' (they will only let you have one at first), they will only guarantee 30Mbps with it.

I would also like some help with this please. Unable to order pods anywhere despite completing the test and following the support steps.

What are the pods?  I can't use the connect app as it can't find my hub even though I'm in Wi-Fi.  I've limited broadband in 2 bedrooms

Hey gifffgrog,  thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are hacing some connection issues.

A WIFI pod is to help you with get signal in places where you may stuggle.

Would you like some help ordering one?

They are free on 1GB or volt customers otherwise they are £8 per month.
