Wifi booster, unable to speed test.

Have tried multiple times on different occasions to run speed tests in a black spot in my house with no successful attempts. Have contacted live chat acouple of times to make the problem known, with nothing coming back in my favour. They state they need to have a internet speed test back in said area to assign a pod to the room. How do I go about getting a pod if I can’t get a speed test complete as I do not get wifi in said room?

    Test the speed at the nearest point to the room where you are able to run the speed test and achieve a low result via the connect app.

    When you do receive a pod it needs to be placed halfway between a strong-signal spot and a weak-signal spot for an instant signal boost.

    What ever you do, do not end up paying to rent VM Pods.

    They are an utterly  carp (ang) technical solution and
    hideous value for money if rented at £8 each per month.

    They are free if you are on a 1GB or a volt package otherwise £8 per month.

    They can be ordered via the Connect App by running a scan.
