WiFi booster failed
My WiFi booster now fails to light up.
when plugged in there are no lights on the front..
anyone have any ideas and will virgin replace or repair?

Assuming that it is not a socket issue you should get a replacement.
Tried in 3 sockets no different.
anyone give ideas how to go about getting replacement? Thanks
Hey G6hbq2, thank you for reaching out and we are so sorry to hear about your pod issue.
Please try this reset for us;
Unplug any Ethernet cables attached to the router and wait at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in. Plug the router's power cable back into the outlet. Plug the modem back in and wait until the modem has finished powering on. Wait at least 2 minutes for your Pods' LEDs to stop blinking.
Let us know if that works or not.
Phone VM Customer services and report the fault.
