Wi-Fi pods hub 5
Got a new hub 5 on Thursday and unable to pair my white WiFi pod. Tried moving it close to the hub and it flashes but does not connect and isn’t shown on the connect app. Spoke to support but they didn’t understand and just emailed me a link for set up instructions which I gave already tried multiple times. Seen a number of posts saying something needs to be changed by vm to enable them to work or maybe need a new pod? Can anyone help please?
The Pods are supposed to be registered to the Hub, or they will never work.
Try moving the Pod beside the Hub and using the WPS button to see if that works.
Also try calling the equipment activation number they may be able to help. It's 0800 953 9500 and you will need the Hub/Pod serial number/MAC address from the barcode sticker, and your account number.
If all this fails, just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss.
