Exactly the same here, upgraded, new hub arrived on schedule, engineer attended to install the emergency phone on schedule, but the pod I ordered after the hub was no show. They keep telling me its out for delivery and that I MUST have a yodel email or text to refer to, which I dont. I saw a tip from another user here, get the yodel app and create an account, it will automaticaly show any deliveries they have for your address. And no they dont have any for me so VM are not telling the truth. Reading further, it appears that their distribution centre have had a flood or similar and are or were out of action. Why dont they just say so.
