Wi-Fi Pod Black not connecting
Hi, having issues with getting Wi-Fi pods (black) connecting to my hub 3. 1st hub would not connect so after contacting support I was sent another and again no connection. Have been on the phone multiples times in the past 2 days and after going through multiple resets etc still nothing. I have asked if the devices provisioned and keep getting the response of yes, give it 24hours and it will connect. Nothing. Last call today advised that my complaint has been and again wait 24 hours. I’m losing my patience with this!!! Why is so difficult to get these to set up!!!
Update: technician has been! The issue is of course the pods were not provisioned correctly! A good old phone call to have them removed and put back on and they are working! Why couldn’t CS do that when I asked!!! Anyway back up and running 😁
