Wi-Fi dropping off

Recently my internet goes down so I am unable to use Wi-Fi on phone or iPad the television also does the shuttering thing so unable to finish watching stuff on a catch up .this is all intermittent & not a permanent fault. However it’s happening frequently now so is becoming very disappointing.

Been with virgin for years what’s going on ???

    Firstly, is it the network connection that is going down - or just the wireless connection to it?

    So, do you see the same issues at the same times on devices connected on ethernet cables? If you don't know, can you check on one to help diagnose whether it is just a wifi issue or it could be network connection/Hub related?

    What Hub model is it? What are the various Hub lights showing/doing when this happens if a Hub3 is the base light a steady white(ish) or flashing green?

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your connection. Checking things here, we can see there are issues with your power levels. We can also see you've already been able to arrange an engineer visit for them to resolve things.
