White WiFi Pod and changed wifi password won't connect

Hi,

Changed my wifi password from the installation "default", so I didn't have to change ALL my devices which is a PITA for some, and now the pre-configured white wifi pod range extender doesn't connect... of course.

There appears to be no way of reconfiguring them with a new password (same SID)

Guess this is a call to Virgin?

  • Hey langtoftnick, thank you for reaching out and we are sorry to hear you are having some issues with your pod.

    Unplug any Ethernet cables attached to the router and wait at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in. Plug the router's power cable back into the outlet. Plug the modem back in and wait until the modem has finished powering on. Wait at least 2 minutes for your Pods' LEDs to stop blinking.

    Let us know if that fixes it.
