We haven't been able to access Disney+ in the new house

We moved house 4 weeks ago and Virgin upgraded our router in the new house but package remains the same.  We haven't been able to access Disney+ in the new house at all.  Can't even access it on our phones or PCs.  If we come off WiFi we can access it fine.  It's like Virgin is rerouting us through another region where Disney is not available.  What was the fix for this please?

  • Figured it out.  It was actually a Disney problem.  It caches your IP so if you move house or change IP it needs resetting their end.  All fixed and Disney very helpful

    Disable VM's internet Parental Controls in the VM Online a/c.

    Disable Apple Private Relay for iOS devices.

  • What was the fix please.  We haven't been able to access Disney since we moved house and got latest Virgin router
