VM Skyglass

I have VM broadband only and a Skyglass TV which I’ve connected and can use all the apps but there’s no sky TV channels.

do I need a different VM service other than just broadband?

No. You probably need a Sky subscription, but it may only work with a Sky broadband connection.

Make sure "Child Safe" is disabled in the VM Online Account, this 18+ content filter can block TV streaming.

    Hi misalih70

Unplug the TV from the mains for a few minutes so it resets itself. Provided you still have an active Sky subscription with them then it should work when you plug it back in.
