VM CONNECT APP WIFI TEST

Hi i am having trouble testing my wifi in each room through the VM Connect app, app states that im not at home even  though I am and connected to the WiFi. The hub test works fine.

Attempt to resolve are as follows, 

Rebooted router several times.

Cleared data and cache from app

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app

None of which have fixed the issue, has anyone else experienced the same issue and has a fix please 🙏  ive been trying for a month now as im having wifi issues and need a pod ordering.

  • Hi I'm having same problems, I think VM are doing away with the connect app for new customers and existing customers who renew their contract, I hope they dont as I use the app slot, maybe there developing something new, any ideas?

      I'd raise a glass of malt if the Connect app was scrapped, 
      it has been the root cause of so many customers Hub and Wi-Fi issues.
