VM Blocking Access to my Company Domain

We have a new company and I have been using the email address with the domain phola.co.uk through my VM Wifi with no issues until today.  Today we published the website and after accessing it once I am now unable to get in as it gives me the below message.  I am now also unable to send and receive emails on my phola.co.uk address when connected to my VM Wifi. I also cannot connect to phola.co.uk site/emails from my phone when its on the VM Wifi.  However when I turn off the Wifi and use my mobile network I can get onto the phola.co.uk website and send/receive emails so it's definitely a VM issue.  

This site can’t be reached

www.phola.co.uk took too long to respond.

Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy and the firewall
  • Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
 
How can I fix this as this domain's site and emails will be in daily use. I tried following similar posts that had a similar issue but got a bit lost when trying to understand how to fix it.

    Have you spoken to the web hosting company to see if they have records of failed access attempts?

    Has the sites IP address changed? If so it can take up to 72 hours for the VM DNS servers to be updated.
