We're sorry to hear you've had some issues getting information from an old contract. It's unlikely any information would be stored on a contract from so long ago I'm afraid. Do you mind us asking what information you need from it and why you need this?

I went onto live chat they said I have a rolling monthly contract.  If I wanted to switch to another provider I would not have to pay to leave.  Just wanted to know where I stand regarding my contract.  Many thanks for replying to my query.
