Virgin media installed in area but I can’t get it.

Our area had virgin media installed around 18months ago and I however waited until my current contract was up before I choose to move over. At the time the men installing the lines worked right outside my house however when checking if I can get it I am the only house on the street not able to get virgin media. This is very disappointing. Surely this cannot be correct?

      Could you also get my address looked into please.

      I have to have good internet to be able to do my job and at the moment i can only get fibre to cabinet. I brought my house and at the time of buying it, the website stated i could get 1gb download speed. When i moved in i found out i couldn't get it. 
      Is it a building plan issue? Id love to know something.

        Sorry to hear you can't get our 1gb broadband connection. And for any inconvenience this may be causing. So that there's no confusion, please can you clarify, do you mean we don't supply your property whatsoever? Or that we don't supply the speed you're seeking?

    I have the same problem - cables installed 2 years ago now, there’s 4 houses that don’t seem to be able to get it, the virgin box is outside my house and the house behind me and next to me can get it. How is this right?

      In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

      If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
