Virgin media connect App

Anyone know how to get rid of things off the connect app? I'm confused as it's saying I have my main TV box connected by Ethernet and a 2nd box with a fair WiFi connection, both would be ok except I haven't used the 2nd box since October last year as I left it disconnected when I moved house and I have not had either box since march this year when renewed on BB only

    AFAIK the Connect app is linked to a backend database and gets the info from there.  So I’m guessing until something or somebody can correct this it will not change?  It’s the same database that resets a new Hub to use the old SSID and password of the previous Hub.
