Virgin hub3 issies

Ok, so had  joined virgin and all was working fine then had an issue connection drop and what not posted it here as well.. Virgin replaced the hub but now there are different issues.. Samknows shows...

The  deco e4 are 100Mb limited 

I suggest you look for a better router with 1Gb ports and put hub in modem mode

Thanks for the response, I know that the limit is 100 mbps.. But why hub3 is acting up like this. 

I do not want to buy another instrument as hub3 is not working good. 

Any suggestions to settings in hub3 pls
