Hi Quadnut,
Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐
Your TV should have a setting on it to manually add the daylight savings time. Please refer to the TV manual for advice on how to do this.
In terms of the Hub, the Hub 3 is not intended to act as a network time server for other devices on your network. It does not have a user-configurable setting for daylight saving time.
Many thanks,

Nothing sync time with the hub

Typically the TV gets it time update via the internet or from its Freeview broadcasts, the time on the Hub 3 not being important because the Hub 3 does not function as a network time server.
The TV's daylight saving settings would be set on the TV or automatic from Freeview
What time settings does the TV have in its menus ?
If you need a network time server try : time.google.com
