virgin down overnight

Question

last night my virgin wifi suddenly went down. i went to check the hub when i was disconnected from my game and saw the light on the hub 3 was flashing green and there was a green wifi symbol above it. i thought maybe it’d fix itself overnight seeing as it was heavily windy and raining yesterday but still down. have checked plugs cables and done a pinhole reset. any help?
