Upgraded to hub 5 now pods not working
Hi all I upgraded to hub 5 from hub 3 last week
had all sorts of issues with hub 5 but now all sorted after numerous calls but now my 2 wifi pods don’t work!
I was told they have to be deassigned from the 3 and assigned to the hub 5 - simple right? Well it don’t seem so 🤦🏻♀️
more phone calls later to tech help who don’t seem to have a clue! was told someone will phone me back within 24 hours!
48 hour later still no phone call!
getting fed up now as was told this upgrade was simply plug in and away we go - they LIED
fed up of being fobbed off and no one seem to have a clue what they doing!!
if anyone can help or have a better phone number to phone I would be grateful
