Unable to order wifi pods - mixed messages on phone
Cancelled my contract due to poor wifi coverage and outbound retentions team called to offer new package (1gig wifi etc), which comes with booster but had to upgrade to 360. Agreed, and agent told me that booster was ordered and should arrive within 7 days. Engineer booked to instal a new TV box in new room, and was told engineer would bring the new 360 remotes for 2 current V6 boxes.
Pod still not arrived, called helpdesk who can't see any have been ordered. Tried retentions, faults, customer service and i get mixed messages (no pod ordered, 1 ordered but no delivery date, engineer will bring with on day or installing new box). None of these things have materialised and half of my house no longer has internet.
I am about to leave the 14 day cooling off period and need some clarification. VMConnect doesnt allow me to order a pod despite poor wifi speed (4mbs / 8mbs / 14 mbs). Tries to dorect me to the website to 'learn more' but nothing to order.
Please could i be contacted to check the details and have a booster sent asap or i would be left with no choice but to cancel the contract before the end of the cooling off.
