Trying to order a WiFi booster

I have carried out a WiFi test as Virgin suggest and can see my WiFi is considerably poor in 1 room in the house. I am not faced with any follow up option to order a WiFi booster - how do you successfully manage to order one please?!

    How are you trying to order one and what errors are you getting?

      Hi Matthew

      I’ve ran a test on the connect app which was weak but no option to the order the WiFi pod appears? I am not sure how I can then place the order as it’s very unclear. Thanks

        Sorry to hear this, what error are you getting?

        When you run the rest does it show any results?
