Trouble with Vigin Media Hub 3.0

Hi

Recently we started to have a problem with our hub. Internet connection is disappears and appears by itself all day long. 2G connection is gone completely, 5g is barely working. Sometimes dead completely. Already did factory reset several times  - didnt help. Been working just perfect for more than 10 years. Tried contacting Techical Help but no use. They said that register some techicals problem and suggested restarting it (Which we did already). Tried to connect to internet via phones and other devices - exactly the same problem. Our activities are heavily dependent on stable internet connection so this situation is very frustraiting. Any phone call is directed to answering machines therefore no change to speak with live person.

Can anyone suggest what we should do?
