I have virgin media packaging running into the two apartments that I have in a house conversion. One of the tenants is looking to keep the current package - can I transfer it to their name. The other tenants wants to use Octopus Energy, is it easy to cancel the package I have with you guys?

Think you can only transfer an account in cases of a bereavement.
You would need to close down your account and return your equipment. Your tenant would then set up their own account with their own equipment.

You need to give VM 30 days notice to cancel. If you are still in a minimum term period with VM, VM will charge you early disconnection fees.
On the plus side the tenant who wants VM will probably get a good deal as a new customer.
