TP-Link Deco XE75 and VM Hub 5 connection failing

First thing is to disconnect the TP-Link from the hub, connect your laptop and see what broadband you get. You may have to reboot the laptop for it to get its WAN IP address..

    Thanks, I have found the port that accesses internet on my VM hub and could access internet on lap top. When I put this into the Deco the internet is not found and doesn’t work. So sadly it didn’t fix the problem.
