Ten days, no compensation

So from Boxing Day 2024 until January 10 2025 my wifi was down. I was promised compensation for the days without but I’ve still been paying the full amount. No matter how many times I contact Virgin and they promise to apply the compensation, I don’t get it. 

Please advise!

    Terminology is important for the purposes of eligibility.

    When you say you "my wifi was down" do you mean that you had a 'total loss of service' of your VM broadband connection?

    When, and how, did you report the TLS to VM? That would determine when/if any compo should start.
