Superhub 5 wifi6

I've just signed up for 1 gibabit for another 18 months. I'm going to get a WiFi 6 phone. If there is a virgin employee here can you arrange to send me a superhub 5?

    VM areonly supplying Hub5's to new customers signing up on 1GB packages.  Upgraders are getting Hub4's.  So they are reluctant to just swap Hubs with no apparent faults.  This may change at any time as stock levels of Hub5's improve.

    You could of course put your Hub into modem mode and get your own wifi6 router 😎

      Yes I know that. My hub 4 had a fault after they enabled telephone. Received a hub 5 yesterday, no power adaptor 🤣😂

        Thanks for your post and welcome back to our community.

        Sorry you haven't received the adapter yet.

        We can look at getting you one either sent out. Which may take 5 days plus royal mails current timescale.

        Or we can book a technician to attend and fit it, plus make sure everything is working.

        If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
        If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.

        What type of support are you needing some help with?

  • Been with VM since NTL days, always been top dogs with speed, but why are they lagging behind with WiFi 6 routers ?? Really would like a response from someone?

      NTL days? didn't you just get a modem? your pay VM for a wired connection

    Wi-Fi 6 provides advantages in high density situations, but only for multitudes of Wi-Fi 6 devices.  

    E.g. Airport lounges, Conference halls, Major railway stations.
