Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again when trying to change Child Safe settings

Title, tried everything already in this forum. Need help. 🙂

    Customers have reported the Child Safe management function has been broken for over 18 months.

    If you wish to bypass Child Safe to re-gain full internet access ( to office VPN / Social Media / Conf Calls etc )
    change the DNS on your laptop / mobile to be OpenDNS or Google DNS.

    I want to block YouTube in the house as my kids are spending so much time on it. Keep trying but this comes up

    If you can't change the DNS settings as suggested above by Client62​   then just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss with you.

      @Mezz57 has started a new post on this topic and added to this one.

      Yet again the VM Portal for Parental Controls is not working for the customer.

      What is not understood is that even if it was working it would take a school kid seconds to change the DNS of their phone / laptop / console and to bypass the VM Parental Controls.

      Time to take some direct Parental Control, raise your voice about time wasted on YT
      or leave phones and laptops out of the bedroom after lights out.
