Solid red light on virgin media hub 3.0

For over a month now my virgin media hub light has been slowly turn in red. It is well ventilated. Now having issues with broadband and tv. Please help.

  • Hey Rach12, thank you for reaching out and we are so sorry to hear about your red light issues.

    Please try these steps for us whilst we send you a DM. 

    • Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

    • Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.

    • Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.
