Solid red light on Virgin Hub3
Need assistance from a Virgin associate.
My Hub3 has a solid red light on it. Having read the previous threads on this issue I have done all of the things advised in other responses. I have:
Turned off the power, waited, and rebooted. ZERO change and red light still on.
Reset using the reset button. ZERO change and red light still on.
The Hub3 is upright, well ventilated, and not hot, but the red light is still on.
I have had this router since it was released, so it may just be old and have developed a fault.
