Hello I have been with virgin for a while now and I have swapped bedrooms with my son as he was always complaining about the lack of wifi I have tried using Netflix on my tv and he is right the wifi is terrible? I have done a home scan and it is reading 9 in his bedroom most of the house is about 310 but his room is really bed ?
So you might consider Wi-Fi extenders or a Wi-Fi Mesh or some Wireless Access Points.
For us a VM Hub with a pair of Wi-Fi Access Points easily covers a dozen rooms on two levels,
plus we have network sockets in four rooms. More Wi-Fi coverage is the answer.
