Request to order additional pod

Hello,

I have one pod.  

However, I am getting a poor signal elsewhere.  (Download 13 Mbs, and upload 7 Mbs).

I would like to order another pod.  I understand this should be possible on the app, but it doesn't seem to work. 

Please can someone contact me on here and put the order through?

  • How long does it generally take before these are replied to?  Should I wait until the middle of next week before I waste hours on the phone?

      Welcome to the Community Forums. 

      Sorry to hear you're having WiFi coverage concerns and the app isn't working. We would need to run through the checks before we're able to order a pod. 

      Can you advise what's happening on the app, please? When you run a check, is it showing any messages regarding your recent speed test and the next steps to troubleshoot?

      Do you get the same issue when trying on another device, or running a speed test on another device? 

      If the app isn't running the speed test, can you try Sam Knows here and post the results?

        This was the test I did on the virgin connect app.  There was a button at the bottom of that page saying: "order a new pod", but when I did so, the link was just broken.  Is this the evidence you need?
