I want to move my wifi hub from the front sitting room to the hallway in order to get better wifi coverage throughout my house. Also, I want to get my very old ntl black junction box replaced with a new one. See the attached picture (the lid is continuously pop open) for reference. So, how can I book an engineer visit to move the hub and get the junction box replaced?
The fix of the omnibox is free and the cost to move the internal box is £25.
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
