Replacement old junction box and VM hub relocation

Hi,
I want to move my VM hub from the front sitting room to the hallway in order to get better wifi coverage throughout my house. Also, I want to get my very old ntl black junction box replaced with a new one. See the attached picture (the lid is continuously pop open) for reference. So, how can I book an engineer visit to move the hub and get the junction box replaced?

    Thanks for the response. I am fine with £25 call out fee and could you please PM me the details to arrange for an engineer to visit.

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. There is a £25 charge for the call out fee to do the relocation.

    I'll add in the job to fix the Omni box.
