Replacement of old Hub
Dear Sir / Madam, I read posts about Virgin Media confirmed to replace older hubs as they do not receive security updates. My hub with model# TG2492LG-VM is on the list but I have not receive letter from Virgin Media for replacment. I tried to contacted with customer service but they told me that they could not initiate such replacement. I do have concern if there is security loophole but I do not know how to proceed forward. Can you please help me with that ?
