Replacement Hub 5

Hello there just wondering if someone could help me replace my faulty hub5.

  • how do you know its the hub thats faulty?

    Virgin support should be able to send a replacement and do online checks etc etc if not in modem mode?

      For some reason it keeps powering off after being on for so long.

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
