Sorry if this is a double post my last post seems to have disappeared?
My hub is constant red light and hot to touch, I'm experiencing packtloss on and off.
My hub is in an open area with nothing obstructing it, from what I read I need a new hub how do I go about organising that as I can't seem to get any help on the phone

The Hub 3 menu has a Network diagnostic tool run this and scroll down the results to Temperature,
check if the result is Normal or not.
How do I access this tool? Would it by done on pc? I only have an xbox at home.

OK so it's the hub 4 I have, I ran the diagnostic tool but it didn't give a temperature unfortunately but I did reset the hub again after the process and it continues to be red light and hot to touch
