Red light flashing

Having issues with my hub 5 it's flashing red.. I've pressed the reset button and done this a few times still no change. Also the cable that comes from the white box inside my property it has an plug with a green led light this is also flashing.. Any advice please.

    The box is an ONT, reboot it by turning it off, waiting 30 seconds and then powering it back on to see of the green light becomes solid. If it doesn't, call VM to report this fault.
