Red flashing on hub

Hi I have no wifi AGAIN!  I’ve reset the hub and all I get is flashing red. The live chats and help are poor, waiting times are so long and all you get is a link sent to you telling you how to reset. I think I need a new hub this has happened twice in the last few weeks. How can I speak to someone about this ?

VM do not send out equipment on users perceived problems. You need to report it as a fault.

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers.

VM will not dispatch any technicians while an area fault exists.

    If no area faults found:

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

  • Hi trustelectrical

    Welcome to the community forums.

Sorry to hear you're having some service issues at the moment.

Checking the systems at our side today we cannot see any issues that might be causing this. Are you still experiencing any service issues since posting or are things back up and running for you?

If you're still having issues, please let us know if this is affecting only your WiFi or if any wired devices are also having issues.
