Re: Superhub 4 is rubbish

  1. We are also having issues with the Hub. It suddenly stops broadcasting a wireless signal and stops us using our landline. I have to keep turning it on and off. We need a new hub, because this one is useless, especially as it cuts us off from the outside world, which for a household with disabled people, is really difficult to cope with and frankly dangerous if urgent medical assistance is required and we can't call for help.

    look to put the hub in modem mode and get a better router with 1Gb ports

    If you need your landline for medical emergencies and VM were aware, l believe VM should supply a backup battery unit for it.

      Yes we have, but the lights just go out on it and the WiFi stops.

    It’s probably the circuit that’s glitching not the hub.  If you post your upstream/downstream stats and the network logs, we can advise on this.
