I have the same issue. may I know how to fix it?

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

    There is an issue with the Hub 4 and the app, we're working on this and it will be resolved asap.

    Please note, the Hub needs to be in router mode for the app to work.

    I will go ahead and send you a PM now to assist further.
