Positive feedback
Hello,
I wanted to provide positive feedback to an agent I spoke to, I normally get an email or SMS but have not received one, would someone be able to advise me on how I can do this please? Thank you.

All customers will get a 50% chance of receiving a survey. If you are not part of the 50% there is no other way I'm afraid. At least not that I'm aware of
Well that was a weird conversation between two new account "name1234" bots.

Although perhaps there isn't a way to generate a survey, I can take some details and locate the manager of the agent to ensure this is acknowledged and passed on.
