poor signal in bedroom

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums, we are sorry to her you're having issues with your WIFI upstairs. 
You've come to the right place to get advice though 🤗 

Can I ask if you've already tried doing a home scan in our Connect App? If not, here's what you need to do in order to order your first WIFI Pod - 

1. Tap Start the scan 
2. Then Start the scan again 
3. While connect to WiFi, Tap I’m ready 
4. Wait 2 mintues for Scan 
5. Scan complete, Tap continue 
6. Tap Add a room, Tap the room you're in 
7. Start the Scan (do this in every room) 
8. Scan complete 
9. Tap Optimise WiFi now if an option 
10. If so, Tap Optimise 
11. Optimisation complete, Tap Rescan room,  Tap Start Scan 
12. Tap Order a WiFi Booster if an option
