Pods and connect app

I'm trying to see if I need a WiFi pod. The Connect app simply refuses to "see" my hub4. Multiple resets, uninstall/reinstall, nothing, nowt, nada, zilch, zip. Not an uncommon occurrence, seemingly. Any genuine solution to this?

    Check you can reach the Hub menu at : http://192.168.0.1 

    If you can not, the problem is the configuration of your device, you must not be using Apple Relay or a VPN or an Anti Virus app that uses a web proxy, or a DNS changer app on Android.

    Any Wi-Fi analyser app will tell you the Wi-Fi signal strength around the house, as will the signal level indicators found on each device. 

    Note the Connect app does not contain a method to order VM Pods.
