Phone keeps disconnecting from hub/wifi
Hi all
Couple days ago me and brother (who live together) bought new phones, we bought the HONOR 400 5g. The phones are constantly losing connection to my wifi/hub. It's literally disconnecting every few mins or so. No idea why and it's both phones that are doing it, so can't imagine faulty phone considering they both brand new and very unlikely to have bought two faulty phones. Now to add... The phones happily stay connected to other hubs/wifi be it virgin or BT. No issues at all. And also my other devices stay connected perfectly to my hub/wifi. No issues or drop outs at all. Honor can't help they suggest contact my broadband provider. There is something from my hub basically stopping me and brothers phone from holding connection. It'll connect fine, no issues just that it won't hold for more then 5mins. I need help to look into setting or something to understand why it keeps dropping. It only happens with the two phones, no other devices at all and the phones as stated will hold perfect connection elsewhere on other Wi-Fi or hubs. Please help virgin?
