Oops something went wrong

I've just signed up with Virgin and I cannot get to my broadband settings. 

If i use my pc, virgin app on my phone or my web browser on my phone it always says 'oops something went wrong'. 

Then if i try use the VMConnect app it says the same thing. Occasionally it will say "cannot connect you to the server" instead.

I tried using the online chat days ago and the support agent said a ticket will be raised and I've not heard back since. No emails to confirm a ticket will be raised.

Not a very great start to the service. 

I've cleared my browser cache and my app cache, no VPNs, connected to my home network and not a guest network, rebooted everything multiple times and nothing.

    You can forget any promise to raise a ticket or phone you back. That's just to get rid of your call. 

    To access the Hub settings, go to 192.168.0.1 with a browser on a wired device. This is far more reliable and secure than with an app.
