Octopus energy

Hi

Why can't I get onto the octopus energy website when in virgin media wifi?

I get this error :

Access to octopus.energy was denied

You don't have authorisation to view this page.

HTTP ERROR 403
 
Similarly, I can't access their app properly either.  I can access both when in 4G / 5G though.

    Octopus Energy are blocking access to their site, specifically your Virgin Media network connection's public IP Address; the 403 (Forbidden) status is being sent by Octopus Energy's server. You will need to speak with Octopus Energy to resolve this issue or wait to see if it is automatically removed.
