Noisy Manhole Cover on Beacon Lane, Winterbourne BS36 1JT - Urgent Attention Needed

Hello Virgin Media Customer Service Team,

I’m reaching out regarding a noisy manhole cover located directly outside my property on Beacon Lane, Winterbourne, BS36 1JT. The cover makes a loud clanking noise every time a vehicle drives over it. Due to the busy nature of the road, this occurs frequently throughout the day and night. When larger vehicles like buses or trucks pass over it, the noise is even louder, and it seems that the manhole cover rocks slightly.

This constant noise is incredibly disruptive, especially at night, and has been significantly affecting our sleep and overall well-being. I have previously reported this issue to the local council, but they informed me that it is Virgin Media’s responsibility to address this.

Could you please arrange for an inspection and repairs to secure the cover as soon as possible?

    Why do you think that cover belongs to VM? It's rare for VM covers to be on a road.
