No Service in the middle of the Game
- This is just not good enough Virgin media. No Broadband, No TV Service.. estimated fix the next Day!

VM do not guarantee a fault free service. Not does any other residential ISP. Faulty distribution amps in cabinets (if that's what it is) will be a next day fix, as a new amp has to be pre-calibrated before installation in the network segment.
